PAYMENT OPTIONS

Choose the payment facility that is the most convenient for you.

DO YOU PREFER TO PAY IN PERSON?

If you wish to pay at our Cashier inside the campus, you may visit the Finance Department at 2F Duerr Hall, Taft Campus. Our Cashier is open Monday to Thursday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

BENILDE ONLINE PAYMENT FACILITY

We accept payments through Dragonpay and Credit Card.

Step 1

Access the Benilde Online Payment Portal by clicking on the link https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/payonline Enter the Student Number, select the type of student payment in the selection bar and click the “Proceed” button

  • Student - for regular student payment
  • SPaCE - for Continuing Education payment
  • Admission - payment for Admission-related charges

Step 2

Amount is defaulted at full payment. If you plan to pay in installment, tick the “Pay in installment” box and indicate the amount you wish to pay. Key in your email address and click the “PAY WITH DRAGONPAY” button

Step 3

Click OK to proceed to the next step

Step 4

Select the payment option from the list. Tick the “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” box and click the “Select” button.

Step 5a

For over-the-counter type of transaction, key-in your email address or your mobile number where the payment instruction will be sent. Click the “Send Instructions via Email/Mobile” button.

Step 5b

For online banking, provide the account number/details of your chosen bank and the amount to be paid. Click the “Pay” button.

Step 6

Open and follow the payment instructions you will receive in your email/mobile to finalize your payment. (Note: processing time may vary depending on the payment channel).

Please make sure that Step 2: Confirmation, in screenshot below, is being accomplished. Failure to do so, will result to your payment being tagged as Pending.

Step 7

You will receive payment confirmation that your transaction has been completed.

Step 8

No need to send Proof of Payment. System-generated Official Receipt (OR) will be sent to your email address within 1 to 2 days. If not received, you may follow up through this link http://bit.ly/officialreceipt and attach your proof of payment.

Step 1

Access the Benilde Online Payment Portal by clicking on the link https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/payonline. Enter the Student No and click “Proceed” button.

 

Step 2

Indicate the amount to be paid and click “proceed” button.

Step 3

Provide Billing Information and Payment (credit card) details. Click the “Next” button.

 

Step 4

Review the Billing Information and Payment details provided in STEP 3. If OK, click “Pay”.

 

Step 5

Print or screenshot your payment details. The Status must be “Successful Transaction”.

 

Step 6

No need to send Proof of Payment. System-generated Official Receipt (OR) will be sent to your email address within 1 to 2 days. If not received, you may follow up through this link http://bit.ly/officialreceipt and attach your proof of payment.
