Scholarship Application Procedures (For Filipino Deaf Applicants Only)

Read the following Guidelines for BAPDST Scholarship Application:

1. Applicants need to have an active application with the Center for Admissions. Without an Application Number (indicated in your Online Admissions Application Form), you cannot proceed to the scholarship application.
2. Only applicants who have properly applied to the Scholarship Application Google Form will be processed.
3. High School Academic Performance is taken into consideration for evaluation.
4. Incomplete requirements will automatically disqualify the applicant.
5. All Scholars are required to maintain a certain academic standard to retain the scholarship/grant as prescribed in the policies of the Center for Scholarships and Grants (CSaG).

If you have read and understood the Guidelines for BAPDST Scholarship Application, you may apply for the BAPDST Scholarship.

STEP 1:
Complete the Scholarship Application Google Form. Be ready to upload your Grade 7 to 11 Report Cards or Form 137.

STEP 2:
Download and accomplish the following fillable documents:

• Grant Application Form 2021 (watch: FSL Instructional Video)
• SDEAS Grant Form (watch: FSL Instructional Video)

Note: Download “Adobe Acrobat Reader DC” and install it on your computer or laptop. You can fill out documents/forms by typing.

Once done, email these scanned forms and other required documents to
scholarshipapplications@benilde.edu.ph.

STEP 3:
Wait for the Center for Scholarships and Grants to email you about the result of your scholarship application on or before May 31, 2023.
